8 Years. Shipped. Scaled. Repeated.
I've spent 8 years at early-stage startups, usually arriving when the frontend is either missing entirely or held together with duct tape.
At Zolve I built the banking web app from scratch. At Strataprop I was the only frontend engineer for 18 months. At Urbint I now lead a team of 8, own the architecture, and sit in product planning as the engineering voice for the frontend org.
My work sits at the intersection of engineering rigour and product speed. I care about how components are structured, how the design system scales, and how the team ships without slowing down. I've written the migration plans, led the hiring, and still do code review every week.
I'm interested in roles where frontend is a serious discipline, not an afterthought.
